SPORTING EVENTS

One of the greatest thrills of a lifetime is to be just feet away from your favorite sports stars while relaxing in the best seats in the house. VIP can make these dreams become reality as we have access to the best tickets to any spectator sport worldwide.

Perhaps you would like to take your sales team to the World Series, the U.S. Open, World Cup Soccer, Indy 500 racing, World Cup Skiing or Kentucky Derby. Maybe you have always wanted to take a preferred client to see Wimbledon, the Super Bowl, the Final Four or The Americas Cup. VIP can arrange full service excursions to any sporting events locally or worldwide.

Not only will VIP put you in the best seats for your favorite games, but also we will make this a group experience along with giving you an unforgettable sports experience. Upon request, we may arrange personal contact with the teams and players. Although access to players will vary from sport to sport, we can set up a pre event luncheon with your favorite team’s coach, an interview with a famous player in their locker room, or a drink with the team owner after the game. If you can dream it, we can usually make it happen.

RELAXING GETAWAYS

Are you looking for a close getaway to pamper your top executives? Perhaps you would like to create a relaxing environment to help you build or rebuild a key account relationship.

Relaxing getaways come in many shapes in forms, but they are all ways to unwind from our busy lives. Sometimes these relaxing trips are to help win a new account and some times they are just a way to say thank you to your team for a job well done. Some of our existing relaxing retreats are: a David Leadbetter Golf academy trip, a weekend spa or maybe a bicycle trip in the wine country.

Our relaxing getaways are usually exclusively focused on the activity and not accenting on any business angle. We firmly believe that your employees and clients will be more aware of your brand by a soft approach than by directly addressing business issues. However, we do realize that many companies prefer to mix business and pleasure upon request, we may also intersperse motivation programs and special guest speakers.

ENTERTAINMENT & CULTURAL EVENTS

Perhaps you would like to create a program around an opening of a famous art exhibition? Would your guitar playing VP of Finance react positively to a concert of Andre Segovia’s music followed by a weekend at a classical guitar camp?
